Full‑time position in Quincy, MA.

Salary: $32.00–$42.00 per hour.

Pay up to $42/hr for experienced welder.

• Working under the direction and supervision of others; performs welding for stainless and carbon steel pipes.
• Read and interpret work orders, flow sheets, blueprint drawings, vendor specs, and/or P&’s to understand issue and to determine required repairs.
• Proficient in TIG welding, MIG welding, stick welding.
• Performs all types of welding, brazing and soldering repair, replacement, and installation of stainless and carbon steel plate and pipe, aluminum, copper and all other metals.
• Proficient in using hand, power and shop tools.
• Process equipment assembly and installation.
• Equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Pipe fitting rigging and equipment installation.
• Assist with process equipment assembly and installation.
• Perform lubrication on equipment as needed and directed.
• Complete data entry into the work order system as required.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• 2" carbon steel TIG root, TIG cover
• 6" schedule 40, TIG root, stick cover, 7018
• 2" stainless steel, TIG root, TIG cover

Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
