You ve put in the years, you know your way around a job site, and you re ready for more than just material prep and cleanup. This is where you start doing real installation work.

• Full-time W-2 position (40+ hours/week)
• Year-round, steady work

• Independently install cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on multifamily projects
• Read plans and execute installations with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot fit and installation issues on your own
• Support and coach Helper Carpenters on site
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

• 5-8 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience
• Comfortable reading basic plans and performing installations with some independence
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
