Maintenance Technician II - Manufacturing
We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician II to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys diagnosing problems and keeping equipment operating at its best.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment
- Maintain CNC machines, conveyors, presses, pumps, and automated equipment
- Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, schematics, and testing equipment
- Troubleshoot motors, relays, breakers, and PLCs
- Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Identify and order replacement parts as needed
- Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CNC and automated manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- PLC experience, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Omron, preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience using multimeters, calipers, and hand/power tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical maintenance work
