Family Partner - Coastal Community Service Agency

As a parent, foster parent, and/or legal guardian supporting a child with emotional or behavioral challenges, life can be stressful and challenging. Join our team as a Family Partner to empathize with parental challenges and provide impartial support to other families in need.

Full-time

• Assist parent/caregiver with meeting the needs of the youth and educate, support, coach, model, and guide.
• Educate and teach the parent/caregiver how to navigate the child serving systems and processes.
• Driving is required.

• Experience as a parent/legal guardian/foster parent of a youth with special needs, preferably mental health needs.
• At least one year of professional experience within the Social Services caring for youth and families.
