Community Training Specialist – Relief (CTS-Direct Care)
Location: Quincy Ave – Braintree, MA 02184
Employment Type: Per Diem
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Travel: Up to 25%
Shift: Any

Responsibilities- Assist clients with completing personal hygiene and developing independence, responsibility, and self-worth.
- Prepare and implement program goals, service plans, and treatment plans.
- Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers.
- Assist clients in obtaining appropriate healthcare services and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Fluent in American Sign Language.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
