The Aqua-Tots Staff is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. • Maintain a safe pool environment
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers
• Communicate effectively with all staff and members
• Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
• Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
• Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction

• Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross preferred, but training available)
• Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly
• Currently certified (Red Cross)

Lifeguards and all staff:
Customer Service responsibilities include maintaining a safe pool environment, ensuring the safety of all swimmers, communicating effectively with staff and members, handling customer complaints gracefully, and reporting to management as needed.

• Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Flexible schedule

• After school
• Day or Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Lifeguard Certification (Preferred) But we can train!

In person, Braintree MA. Options for additional shifts in Norwood, MA, if interested.
