Job Overview
Local Motion, LLC is hiring a School Bus Driver for Braintree, MA. Applicants must have a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or
B) with P & S endorsements. New drivers will receive paid training.
- Up to $34/hour for regular shifts
- $20/hour during paid training
- $27/hour for charter/activity trips
- Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week
- Weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Weekly pay with guaranteed minimum hours
- Paid CDL training (no experience required)

- Safely transport students to and from school and events
- Drive assigned local routes
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
- Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
- Follow all state and local traffic laws and school district policies
- CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain – we train
- Valid DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one
- Safe driving record
- Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
- Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
