School Bus Driver

Job Overview

Local Motion, LLC is hiring a School Bus Driver for Braintree, MA. Applicants must have a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or

B) with P & S endorsements. New drivers will receive paid training.

• Up to $34/hour for regular shifts
• $20/hour during paid training
• $27/hour for charter/activity trips
• Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week
• Weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay with guaranteed minimum hours

• Paid CDL training (no experience required)

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state and local traffic laws and school district policies

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain – we train
• Valid DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
