About the Role
Iron Mountain is seeking a Non Commercial Driver/Non CDL Truck Driver to safely operate company vehicles and deliver customer orders with excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles while ensuring compliance with all security and regulatory procedures.
- Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
- Support warehouse operations by managing inventory and orders as needed.
- Minimum age 21 with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements.
- Preferred: at least one year of box‑truck route transportation experience.
- Physical stamina:
Ability to lift at least 70 pounds, push/pull bins 25–350 pounds (averaging 170 pounds), carry recycling bins over varied terrain, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. - Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, customer service, and clear verbal communication.
Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour (approximately $53,000 to $66,300 annually).
Schedule:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to end of route.
