Warehouse Team Member

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the efficient movement and storage of goods within a warehouse facility. Additional duties may include inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe work environment and operation warehouse equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Stock management:
  Organizing and store inventory in designated areas, maintain organized aisles and performing inventory counts as needed.
• Equipment Operation:
  Potentially operating vehicles like forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
  Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Conducting routine safety checks and maintaining warehouse equipment like forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Data Entry:
  Using computer systems to record inventory, track shipments, and manage order information consistently throughout the workday.
• Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
• Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of this position.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.

Education/

Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of related experience required.
• Forklift operator certification required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, crawl etc.
