Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

We’re hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support a busy distribution operation in Braintree, MA. This is a hands-on role for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced operating powered industrial equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts
• Move, locate, stack, and organize warehouse inventory
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Verify products and quantities as materials are moved
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Follow all OSHA, equipment, and warehouse safety procedures
• Work with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift certification/license required
• 1+ year of warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred
• Experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts
• Strong attention to safety and inventory accuracy
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable with lifting, bending, standing, and other physical warehouse duties
