Key Responsibilities:
• Support overall office management operations
• Coordinate mail receipts and distribution
• Schedule meetings and order necessary supplies
• Maintain inventory of office supplies

Requirements:
• 1 year of clerical or administrative support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work independently with strong judgment
