As a Team Assistant, you'll support Care Coordinators by processing new referrals and maintaining patient records. This role is an opportunity to work within a large network of health professionals committed to patient-centred care, while benefiting from workplace inclusivity and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinators
• Process and manage patient referrals and service orders
• Update and maintain confidential patient records
• Handle data entry in electronic systems efficiently
• Respond to high volumes of patient and provider inquiries
Requirements:
• A Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of office experience required
• Accurate data entry and keyboard proficiency
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and database applications
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility
