As a Greeter/Receptionist at Audi Brampton, part of Bramgate Automotive Inc., you will be at the forefront of customer interaction.

Your role includes greeting visitors, managing phone communications, and carrying out essential administrative duties. Previous experience in retail or a dealership environment is ideal, as you'll significantly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and supporting various service and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers with a warm approach

• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently

• Manage appointment scheduling for Sales staff

• Keep customer waiting areas clean and well stocked

• Handle clerical tasks, including documentation and payments

Requirements:

• Equivalent of a high school diploma

• At least 2 years of customer service/reception experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills

• Must be available full-time from Monday to Friday
