- Job Schedule Full time
Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 Annually
- Manage customer accounts
- Review, enter and maintain Purchase orders
- Daily invoicing of customer orders
- Ensure follow up with production and update delivery status
- Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms and in the resolution of technical problems.
- Be a Liaison between customers and internal departments
- Participate in account receivables and payment issues
- Plan and participate in client visits
A degree in a technical discipline, aerospace or administration;
2-3 Years experience in a similar sales administration role (experience in aerospace an asset)
3 + Years experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite
-with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi task
Strong attention to detail
Self directed and able to work independently
High level of discretion and confidentiality
