As part of our team, you will report to the Operations Manager and carry out vital administrative tasks such as data entry into JD Edwards and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance and supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform product entry into JD Edwards software
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets with advanced features
• Assist with HSE documentation and contractor compliance
• Organize and track safety participation and events
• Conduct regular audits and maintain cleanliness in the workplace
Requirements:
• Educational background in a related field or experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data management
• High accuracy and strong organizational skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license is a must
