Administrative Support Trader

Position: Administrative Support for Trader Experience
Become part of Triple M Metal as an Administrative Support for Trader Experience. Facilitate departmental functions while ensuring seamless customer interactions and trader support.

The position requires you to manage day-to-day operations within Trading and Logistics. Your prior experience with accounts payable and receivable will be crucial in this role. You will be responsible for performing essential administrative tasks that impact customer satisfaction directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable/accounts receivable duties

• Sort and organize daily paperwork tasks

• Match and verify sales and purchasing documents

• Generate various reports for sales and settlements

• Resolve discrepancies in unbilled/unpaid invoices

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in AP/AR experience

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient in Great Plains, MS Office applications

• Completion of OSSD or equivalent
