Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, executive-level support to a Senior Vice‑President and a Vice‑President, primarily based at 1 President's Choice Circle in Brampton, Ontario. In this pivotal role, you will drive the execution of strategic programs and initiatives that contribute directly to the company's growth, orchestrating a diverse range of team operations and representing the executives and their teams with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing daily schedules, complex calendars, and local, national, and international travel arrangements.

Prepare, track, process, and reconcile administrative requests and documentation, such as expense reports, corporate credit card statements, and sensitive correspondence.

Plan, organize, and coordinate high‑level meetings, seminars, and conferences, arranging logistics, materials, and catering.

Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Screen, prioritize, and manage all incoming communications and inquiries with astute judgment.

Interact with senior executives and their support teams across the organization with discretion and confidentiality.

Orchestrate client engagements, workshops, team meetings, and critical training sessions.

Facilitate administrative processes for new hires, internal transfers, and terminations.

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance administrative processes, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience providing executive‑level administrative support.

Experience in a large, dynamic corporate environment; experience in grocery retail or high‑volume operations is an asset.

Ability to lead or coordinate large front‑line teams and apply team management principles to executive support.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

High self‑motivation and capacity to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.

Excellent judgment and proactive problem‑solving capabilities.

Professionalism and capability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and with external partners.

Strong understanding and application of professional business and social etiquette.

Polished and professional demeanor.

Hiring Range: $68,000.00 – $93,500.00 per year.

Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check as part of the application process.
