OS&D Clerk

Schedule  Monday to Friday from 12:00pm to 8:30pm

Position Type  Full Time, Permanent

Workplace Address  300 Biscayne Cres. Brampton, Ontario (Moving to new Vaughan Terminal later in 2026)

Responsibilities
Fielding phone calls and follow-up as required

60% computer/phone – 40% standing or walking in the warehouse

Process Freight/Parcel shipments

Checking Drivers In/Out

Appointment booking

Replying to customer service / tracing emails

Entering data including adding comments in the system for tracking

Updating problem shipments on drive

Comfortable with Google applications (email, drive, docs, etc.)

Excellent communication and teamwork

Ability to work independently and with a team

Working with Freight & Parcel OS&D

Qualifications
Previous Transport or Courier experience is preferred

Experience with TDG would be a bonus!

Good typing/data entry and clerical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google applications

Able to communicate both verbally and in writing

Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently

Attention to detail in all areas of work

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
