Posting Number:Position SummaryReporting to the Director of Operations, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of all departmental activities. As the point of contact for the department's internal and external clients, the Assistant must perform a multitude of follow-ups using various tools and applications to ensure the cohesion of the department's administrative activities.
Requirements- Completion of post-secondary education in office administration or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of municipal operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Class 3 (white collar) of the unionized wage scale: $26.15 à $30.27/hour.
