Responsibilities
Documentation & Compliance

Lease Administration:
Drafting and processing lease agreements, renewals, and notices in compliance with provincial regulations.

Record Keeping:
Maintaining organized digital and physical files for tenant profiles, insurance certificates, and building audits.

Operations & Tenant Relations

Service Coordination:
Acting as the primary liaison between tenants, property managers, and maintenance staff to resolve issues promptly.

Vendor Management:
Coordinating with third‑party contractors for repairs, landscaping, and janitorial services; reviewing service contracts and invoices.

Financial & Administrative Support

Rent Collection:
Monitoring accounts receivable, issuing invoices, and following up on outstanding rent payments.

Budgeting Assistance:
Verifying utility expenses and assisting with the preparation of annual operating budgets.

Facility Oversight

Site Inspections:
Scheduling regular building walk‑throughs to ensure property standards and safety protocols are met.

Move‑In/Move‑Out Coordination:
Managing the logistics of tenant transitions, including key handovers and suite inspections.

Qualifications

Min 2 years Property Admin experience

Excellent communication, written / verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
