As a Property Administrator, you'll engage in lease administration, service coordination, and financial support tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and process lease agreements and renewals
• Maintain organized digital and physical tenant files
• Liaise between tenants and property managers for issue resolution
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist in budget preparation
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Property Administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong vendor management experience
• Ability to coordinate move-in/move-out logistics
