On-Site Office Manager

In this role, you will utilize 2-3 years of management experience to improve efficiency and guide a team of 5-10 staff members. Essential duties include coordinating office services, maintaining budgetary controls, and preparing various reports to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and enhance office administrative procedures
• Delegate work efficiently among office support staff
• Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion
• Plan office services and manage resource allocation
• Prepare and maintain operating budget and inventory controls
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in an office management role
• Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Strong skills in MS Office applications
• Proven ability to adapt and work independently
• Excellent organizational and communicative skills
Effectively manage on-site operations while demonstrating leadership and organizational prowess.
