Join Care Partners as a Team Coordinator in Brampton, ON, driving effective communication and scheduling for healthcare services. This full-time or part-time role supports patients, caregivers, and staff with essential administrative tasks.
As a Team Coordinator, you will facilitate service delivery by coordinating the schedules of Personal Support Workers, Nurses, and Therapists. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are vital, as you will be the main link between patients and Care Partners' staff.
Your role will involve managing incoming inquiries, entering data, and developing service schedules based on various factors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules for healthcare staff and services
• Manage inbound calls and email inquiries
• Enter information into the automated database
• Produce reports and schedules on request
• Inform team members of assignment changes
Requirements:
• One year of related administrative or customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Clear background check required
