Warehouse Operations Administrator (12‑month Contract) – Brampton, ON (On‑site).
We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Administrator to join our team in Brampton on a 12‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities while supporting day‑to‑day warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities Organize and manage incoming and outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with invoicing and related documentation.
Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments, including setting up trucks and deliveries.
Liaise with Customer Care to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.
Assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse support role is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Salary: $20/hr
