Office Administrator – Brampton
Salary: $20-24.00 per hour

Shift: Morning
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills (Fluent English with Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language is required). Attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Office are essential. Duties include answering emails, preparing documents, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, assisting with invoices and basic bookkeeping, ordering supplies, and providing general administrative support to management and staff.

Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid legal work permit; no immigration sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

Maintain filing systems, records, and office documents.

Prepare letters, reports, invoices, forms, and spreadsheets.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries.

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic bookkeeping.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Handle mail, courier packages, and office correspondence.

Support management and staff with administrative tasks.

Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and general workflow.

Update databases, contact lists, and company records.

Ensure company policies and office procedures are followed.

Requirements

Previous administrative or office experience required.

Minimum 1 year of related experience required.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Fluent English with Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language.

Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint and Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Strong attention to detail.

Professional phone and email manner.

Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is an asset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
