In this role, you will oversee all administrative operations, ensuring timely processing of payroll and financial reports. You'll handle accounts payable and receivable, and manage recruitment and onboarding processes. Your organization will ensure that office and store supply inventories remain sufficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations of the store
• Process payroll accurately using Persona Time and Attendance
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and monthly reconciliations
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
• Prepare key financial reports and maintain communications with partners
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience in retail preferred
• Strong focus on customer service
• Availability for flexible hours
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to handle confidential information
