Reporting to the Associate Dean, you will be an integral member of the administrative team. This position requires expertise in project management, human resources, and data analysis coupled with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for handling payroll, managing schedules, and optimizing resource allocation within the academic portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily administrative processes for workload planning
• Administer payroll documentation for contract faculty
• Analyze workload data across multiple college systems
• Address faculty scheduling issues per Collective Agreements
• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in post-secondary
• Familiarity with college systems is preferred
• Proficient in databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
