Under the guidance of the Design & Estimating Manager, you will provide vital administrative support to both design and purchasing teams. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase orders, maintaining clear records in EPICS, and supporting various related tasks. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who excels in a self-directed environment and thrives under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately create purchase orders for external service providers
• Review and confirm vendor invoices for correctness
• Update open WIP order statuses efficiently
• Keep inventory records clear and accurate in EPICS
• Assist with engineering drawing releases as needed
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of administration experience, diploma preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to manage high-volume data without error
• Charismatic personality with strong communication skills
