Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support executive operations and manage administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various software tools.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential.

The Person al Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining professional correspondence.

Duties

Manage and maintain calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling appointments and meetings effectively

Handle incoming calls via multi‑line phone systems with professional phone etiquette

Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and documents with attention to detail

Perform data entry, filing, and document management using Microsoft Office applications and Docu Sign for electronic signatures

Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing Quick Books and perform basic bookkeeping functions

Provide front desk support including greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and overseeing general office operations

Coordinate travel arrangements and organize logistics for meetings or events

Support administrative projects such as proofreading materials, organizing files, and maintaining organized records

Ensure timely follow‑up on correspondence and action items to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools

Experience with Quick Books, bookkeeping, data entry, and filing systems

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced setting

Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and professional demeanor

Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing data accurately

Familiarity with multi‑line phone systems and front desk operations preferred

Office experience combined with administrative or clerical experience is highly desirable

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team
