Operations Student Placement at CMHA

As a placement student, you will assist the Facilities and Operations team in ensuring smooth daily operations. This role provides practical exposure to operations management, encompassing administrative support, process improvement, and team collaboration. You will gain experience in a key non-profit setting dedicated to enhancing mental health services across Brampton and Peel Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process improvements with internal teams

• Assist in creating an environmental stewardship program

• Complete access card audits and maintain security records

• Coordinate internal and external meetings as required

• Provide general assistance to the Operational Services team

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Operations management degree or diploma

• Experience in operations or facilities management preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn about diversity and inclusion

• Valid vulnerable sector screening required
