Part Time Document Control Clerk

As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will ensure regulatory compliance by providing clerical support. Your responsibilities include managing documentation systems, inputting Quality Control data, and training other clerks. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and fulfilling team needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain approved documents and labels for department use
• Input Quality Control data and non-conformance reports accurately
• Create and manage filing systems for documentation
• Inspect and document incoming forms and supplies
• Assist in training new QA clerks on responsibilities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred in a related field
• At least one year of experience in an administrative role
• Familiarity with documentation in quality settings is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
