Senior Customs Analyst
Serve as the main point of contact for customs and international trade compliance
Ensure adherence to trade regulations, tariffs, and customs programs
Determine accurate HS classifications and verify tariff treatments (B3 level)
Advise on customs strategies for temporary and permanent shipments
Support USMCA/CUSMA compliance, rules of origin, and Certificates of Origin
Provide guidance on duties, drawbacks, audits, and recordkeeping
Partner with logistics, legal, and trade teams on complex customs matters
Monitor regulatory changes and report compliance risks
What you must have:
5+ years of experience in customs or trade compliance
CCS, Licensed Customs Broker, or equivalent certification
Strong knowledge of HS classification, FTAs, Incoterms, and customs regulations
Experience with Canadian and U.S. export controls (ITAR, EAR, CGP)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (French/English) preferred
Salary/Rate Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually
