Role Summary  Provides enterprise leadership for a portfolio of large, complex business transformation initiatives spanning core processes, systems, data, and operating model change. Accountable for the end‑to‑end transformation lifecycle — from strategy and business case through delivery, adoption, and sustained value realization — ensuring initiatives are executed on scope, schedule, budget, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities  Portfolio Strategy & Investment Management   Translate enterprise strategy into an integrated transformation roadmap and prioritized portfolio of initiatives
Establish portfolio sequencing and investment strategies based on value, risk, readiness, and capacity
Own portfolio investment performance, including funding allocation, forecasting, and return on investment
Ensure all initiatives are supported by robust business cases with clearly defined outcomes and benefits
Execution & Delivery Performance   Ensure initiatives are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and expected business outcomes
Establish and enforce delivery standards, controls, and governance
Maintain visibility into delivery health, forecasts, and risks
Intervene and redirect projects as needed
Governance & Executive Decision Support   Lead governance forums and support executive decision‑making
Frame decisions with options, risks, and trade‑offs
Establish decision rights and escalation paths
Align executive stakeholders
Financial & Value Realization Management   Own benefits realization and value tracking
Align investments to business outcomes
Track financial performance and return on investment (ROI)
Adjust funding to maximize value
Risk, Integration & Dependency Management   Maintain enterprise risk and dependency view
Lead integration across programs
Mitigate risks proactively
Resolve cross‑program conflicts
Change, Adoption & Business Outcomes   Embed change, training, and adoption strategies
Ensure business readiness
Drive measurable performance improvements
Project Capabilities & Operating Model   Establish Project Management standards and frameworks
Define delivery and reporting practices
Improve maturity and governance
Implement dashboards and metrics
Resource and Workforce Management   Own resource strategy and allocation
Optimize capacity and skills
Partner with business leaders for workforce planning
Resolve resource conflicts
People Leadership   Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Project Managers and Business Analysts
Set performance expectations
Drive accountability and continuous improvement
Coach team members
Qualifications / Experience   12+ years in transformation or portfolio leadership
Proven accountability for large, complex portfolios (multi‑program, enterprise‑wide impact)
Demonstrated success delivering end‑to‑end lifecycle (strategy → execution → adoption → value realization)
Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives spanning people, process and tool changes
Background in regulated / complex industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, manufacturing) strongly preferred
Strongly preferred PMP or PMI certification;
Prosci preferred
Special Considerations   Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the Reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances
