We are looking for a motivated Account Coordinator to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting domestic and international sales operations, acting as the key link between our clients and internal teams while upholding strict regulatory standards. What You'll Do
Client & Account Support

Be the first point of contact for all client inquiries, delivering timely, accurate, and professional support

Assist with new client onboarding, including document collection and account setup coordination

Maintain precise and organized records of client contracts, purchase history, and regulatory files

Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and performance reviews

Sales & Order Management

Process, verify, and manage all orders in strict compliance with regulatory requirements

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with supply chain and logistics teams to confirm delivery timelines

Track orders from start to finish, keeping clients informed of progress every step of the way

Support finance processes including invoicing, credit notes, and purchase order reconciliation

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all activities and records fully meet Health Canada and EU-GMP standards

Maintain auditable records of orders, shipping documents, and client communications

Assist in preparing export documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and required permits

Internal Collaboration

Work alongside the Quality Assurance team to verify product compliance prior to shipment

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to support campaigns and business growth

Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, correspondence drafting, and report maintenance

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in account coordination, sales support, or customer service - experience in cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is highly valued

Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes and order management

Familiarity with Health Canada Cannabis Regulations and EU-GMP standards is considered a strong asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM/ERP systems
