Demand Planner Associate

Step into the role of Associate Demand Planner with a focus on driving accurate forecasts in Brampton. This 6-month contract emphasizes end-to-end demand planning and collaboration with key stakeholders.

In this contract position, you will own the demand planning process, ensuring precise demand signals are developed and communicated effectively. You will analyze market trends and historical sales data while working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to validate forecasts. Your contributions will be instrumental in aligning supply to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage statistical demand forecasts at SKU levels

• Communicate actionable demand signals to supplying plants

• Analyze historical data and promotional activities

• Implement corrective actions for forecast performance

• Drive collaboration for operational demand forecasting

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Business or Supply Chain required

• 3-5 years of demand planning experience needed

• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Kinaxis preferred

• Knowledge of MRP systems is essential

• APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification is an asset
