Role Summary

The Transformation Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization’s policy governance framework, ensuring that all enterprise policies are consistently managed, communicated, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners with cross‑functional leaders to identify policy needs, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, the Transformation Process Manager will be accountable for the ongoing development and maintenance of processes in transformation projects.

During the sustainment phases, they ensure that process improvements are embedded, regularly reviewed, and refined to support long‑term business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Process Establishment & Governance:
    Define, design, and standardize enterprise policies and procedures that align with the organization’s business strategy and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with executive leadership to create, maintain, and manage change for enterprise‑wide policies. Oversee enterprise policies related to designated processes, including regular updates, obtaining necessary approvals, communicating changes, and ensuring effective governance. Administer the policy and process ecosystem to establish a comprehensive, user‑friendly, and sustainable framework.

    Develop process governance protocols, controls, and documentation standards. Promote consistent adoption of enterprise procedures throughout the organization. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Identify and address process risks and deficiencies proactively. Uphold compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.
  • Transformation Project Process Development:
    Lead the development and design of future‑state processes for transformation initiatives, translating business objectives, operating model changes, and solution requirements into transparent, scalable process designs. Serve as the OneMDA single point owner for processes involving multiple functional or business stakeholders, aligning requirements, resolving cross‑functional decisions, and driving enterprise process standardization. Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure end‑to‑end process integrity across systems, handoffs, controls, and operating models throughout design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Post-Go-Live Sustainment:
    Act as the OneMDA single point owner for cross‑functional process issues, improvement opportunities, and enhancement requests during the sustainment phase. Maintain adherence to OneMDA enterprise processes and standards by monitoring execution, reinforcing expected ways of working, and addressing emerging variation. Lead process optimization and continuous improvement efforts in a way that preserves enterprise design intent, standardization, compliance, and end‑to‑end process integrity.

    Align business and functional stakeholders to sustain enterprise process consistency and prevent local optimization or process drift after project delivery. Govern post‑go‑live process changes to ensure continuous improvement occurs through controlled, enterprise‑aligned evolution rather than fragmented local change.
