Become a Hybrid Client Coordinator at BDC, delivering outstanding service to clients in the Technology Financing division. This role combines administrative excellence with client interaction.
In this role, you will be instrumental in resolving client issues and preparing vital documentation, including contracts and proposals. You'll actively contribute to portfolio development and marketing initiatives, enhancing clients’ experiences while managing compliance with company procedures. Your organization and teamwork will play a vital role in executing tasks smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve client inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed
• Create and organize client proposals and necessary documentation
• Participate in developing innovative client funding solutions
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and branch activities effectively
• Assess client financial risks and pre-qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration
• 1 to 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Skills in financial analysis preferred
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Access to a vehicle may be advantageous
