Hourly Pay: $23.00
YOUR ROLEPerforms administrative duties related to compliance issues in a station operations environment. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Functions as station timekeeper for reporting and tracking warehouse supplies.
- Coordinates and maintains training records.
- Performs collections related functions.
- Investigates and resolves billing and customer invoicing discrepancies.
- Prints statements and invoices, runs reports, researches rate disputes, processes invoice reprints and audits House Air Waybills and Bill of Lading's.
- Investigates and resolves past due accounts payable and receivable bills; tracks and follows up to ensure bills/payments are received and processed timely.
- Inputs account payable entries into the system.
- Sets up and processes new vendors.
- Accounts Payable.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED; less than one year related experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web‑based, and job‑specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs. Ability to read, comprehend and write basic correspondence.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
