Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role involves managing purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. You'll ensure timely deliveries and foster strong relationships with suppliers, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchase order processing in compliance with policies
• Maintain all relevant master data within the ERP system
• Expedite supplier requests for timely fulfillment
• Oversee vendor-managed inventory programs
• Report on key procurement metrics regularly
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems are essential
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in tools
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
