Step into the Buyer role at MAPEI, responsible for acquiring essential raw materials and packaging. This position demands effective communication and strong negotiation to support production lines.
Reporting directly to the Unit Manager, you will utilize your three years of industry experience to monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders. Your analytical skills will guide decision-making on stock management while collaborating with the sales teams to anticipate upcoming needs. Attention to detail and proficiency in Dynamics 365 will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers as needed
• Monitor and recommend stock level adjustments
• Follow up on delivery schedules daily
• Assist in cost analysis and documentation matching
• Support during physical inventory assessments
Requirements:
• College Degree required
• At least 3 years in procurement or buying
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of MAPEI products preferred
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
