You will work closely with management, ensuring the methodologies are upheld while resolving any issues post-audit. Conducting data collection and applying your knowledge of Engineered Labour Standards will allow you to contribute significantly to operational excellence iliarity with tools like VBA is critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage audits to maintain methodologies’ integrity
• Collect data for the development of Labour Standards
• Communicate results of audits to stakeholders
• Support the creation of operational methodologies
• Analyze and report trends in Labour Standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering/Logistics preferred
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain environment
• Proficiency in VBA and Microsoft Access required
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across Canada as needed
