As part of MAPEI Canada's team, you will order raw materials and packaging, ensuring alignment with the production schedules.
Your role will involve reviewing inventory levels, coordinating delivery dates, and collaborating with the Canadian Sales teams to forecast requirements. You'll also be involved in verifying documents and managing invoices for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate material orders based on inventory reports
• Follow up on delivery schedules daily
• Assist in cost analysis and report preparation
• Handle scanning, filing, and data entry tasks
• Provide relief for the Receptionist when necessary
Requirements:
• A College Degree (CD) is essential
• 3 years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software
• Familiarity with MAPEI products preferred
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
