We are seeking a results-driven  Process Improvement Analyst  to enhance operational performance and drive productivity improvements across the organization. The successful candidate will evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational data, developing and implementing process enhancements, improving quality and performance metrics, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and business goals.
What You’ll Do   Root cause analysis on existing or emerging Supply Chain issues.
Identification of continuous improvement opportunities within the Supply Chain systems and processes.
Design workflows, layouts, and systems for maximum efficiency.
Provide on‑site training and adaptive coaching to drive operational excellence and develop talent.
Document existing processes through process maps, SOPs, Job Aids.
Provide issue management and issue resolution support to the replenishment team through our ticketing system.
What You’ll Need   Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.

Experience with SAP and Blue Yonder systems is considered an asset.
Candidates must be available to work on‑site four (4) days per week as part of the role’s requirements.
