In this position, you will leverage your 2-3 years of experience in data entry and customer service to manage contracts and sales orders with accuracy at Triple M Metal. You’ll work alongside Traders and Logistics to address any challenges, ensuring smooth operations. Your ability to communicate and organize will directly impact client satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expedite the order queue
• Timely creation of sales orders in Meyer
• Confirm orders' accuracy from Traders and Managers
• Analyze shipping reports to secure timely deliveries
• Generate comprehensive customer settlement reports
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of data entry experience
• Strong skills in Excel and Great Plains
• Excellent communication and positive attitude
• Knowledge of accounting procedures
• Capable of problem-solving and prioritizing tasks
