We are looking for a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager to enhance our photo operations at Shoppers World Brampton. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities to provide exceptional guest service. You will also be responsible for staffing, driving sales, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and onboard staff members

• Handle sales and performance metrics

• Address and resolve guest concerns

• Create effective schedules for team coverage

• Manage seasonal equipment security and breakdown

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

• Flexible schedule availability, especially during peak times

• 40 hours per week, with potential excess hours

• Capability to lift 10-25 pounds and stand for long durations
