Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enforce comprehensive HSE policies
• Initiate and promote HSE training programs
• Analyze safety metrics to drive program improvements
• Conduct workplace hazard analyses and training needs assessments
• Collaborate with teams to enhance safety practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety
• At least 3 years in an HSE role
• Strong skills in training and policy development
• Critical thinking and leadership capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
