Supply Chain Claims Analyst

Join Sofina as a Supply Chain Claims Analyst on a 12-month contract, using your analytical skills to resolve customer claims efficiently.

Your role focuses on improving processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Claims, you will investigate claims, analyze deductions, and propose actionable recommendations to tackle root cause issues. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure timely resolution of claims and reduce noncompliance fines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track KPIs to support performance improvements

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement recovery strategies

• Prepare reports for weekly stakeholder meetings

• Oversee investigations and compliance with customer manuals

• Provide training on claims processes and tools

Requirements:

• Degree in a Business Discipline

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Analytical mindset
