Reporting directly to the Senior Manager AR Trade Spend, your core responsibilities will encompass managing trade spend functions such as accruals, rebates, and program audits. Your 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis and familiarity with multiple ERP systems will help you effectively coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure accurate financial outcomes. Strong communication and analytical skills are critical for identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee incoming Promotions Funding Requests and contracts

• Utilize ERP systems for rebate and discount management

• Facilitate approval processes with Sales and Business Performance

• Gather documentation for deductions and coordinate repayments

• Analyze reports and highlight program opportunities

Requirements:

• Relevant finance education and working towards CPA

• 5-7 years in pricing and trade spend experience

• ERP system familiarity is essential

• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills

• Strong analytical and communicative proficiency
