The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.
Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

Loblaw Agency has an opportunity for a professional, dedicated, responsible and enthusiastic individual to assist our Packaging Design Studio with various administrative tasks.
Role MandateTo assist the Loblaw Agency Packaging Design Studio with studio coordination including project tracking, triage, and reporting. Development, coordination, and execution of the Brands Standards document and Workflow circulation tool.
Accountabilities- Prepare and organize correspondence, perform data entry and word-processing functions, and create a variety of documents
- Project management of product packaging design through the different Studio phases (creative development and executional workflows) including meeting facilitation, contact reports, and project tracking
- Assist with small or large scale archival / filing projects while adhering to a prescribed set of rules for storing or destroying files
- Conduct research, perform analysis and input data.
- Plan, organize, coordinate and manage daily assigned work tasks
- Assist with managing and organizing photography samples
- Support Agency Operations with ongoing studio workflow, reporting, triage and project tracking week over week.
- Support Design, Editorial and Production to finalize the Brand Standards
- Other ad hoc requests as required/assigned
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Superior knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with all types of packaging and print types
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Team player, one who is both collaborative with peers and management, and displays initiative to ensure projects stay on track
- Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and detail oriented
- Efficient and able to multi-task well
