- Monthly/weekly Reporting of Service Tickets for local customers.
- Assist Service Manager and Service Team leaders in coordinating Service department tasks.
- Create POs to vendors to purchase parts needed for service tickets, and for local stock.
- Work with the Installation Teams on the handing over process for completed projects.
- Collect and analyze data from Service tickets to measure the efficiency and improve the quality of our services.
- Follow up with the customers and collect their feedback.
- Gathering all necessary information for final close-out documents.
- Perform administrative functions including but not limited to answering phones, correspondence with customers, filing, and other duties.
This is a 24-hour call center with scheduled shifts. Hours may vary between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, so flexibility is required.
What we look for- Required College Diploma preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus one to two years of related work experience, preferably within a service/sales, or technical work environment.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
- Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
- Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
- Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is desired.
- Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications:
Microsoft Word, Excel, ACCESS, Desktop Publishing and Internet business application usage. - Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Availability to work any shift is required.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $52,000-$65,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
